[MPlayer-dev-eng] -ofps in mplayer?

Hi!

I haven't yet looked at how it's implemented in mencoder, but to avoid 
spending a lot of time that could be better spent, I ask you instead.. ;-)
Would it be easy, possible, hard or impossible to add -ofps to mplayer to get 
a constant framerate when playing?  Also when it's paused? (Sending the same 
frame over and over again)
