Hello,

I noticed that something happen to decimal dot between pre-8 and last 
week CVS. Because after installing CVS version I have to change in config 
file the monitor spec from 31.5k to 31,5k to make it work.  (it str2range 
failed to convert it)

I positively know I havent been messing with locale (I have there still 
same CZ)

Also other options like -delay are also affected
