debconf != perl.

 Em, I messed up a little here, in code detecting if you need changes to
your conffiles. I thought that it'll leave the conffile alone if you
don't need no changes in 'em, ... and it does... but it creates backup
copy ...
 Can anyone hint me how to fix that...? i don't know.. but I haven't
 researched this metter yet.
