it seems i've used a bit different (~1300 bytes) for work, but it doens't
matter, the init code is located at teh same address, and using the file
from mphq releases/qt-dotwine.tar.bz2 it still works for me.

are you sure you have up-to-second cvs and you recompiled everything?

enable win32 debug by adding -DDETAILED_OUT in Makefile, and enable qt debug
in module.c (#define DEBUG_QTX_API)
and upload the resulting log to mphq

also check it in gdb, i wanna see where is the crash happening
