Compiles, works with 2.95.3 AMD k6/2, runtime cpudetect.
No speed change.

Before:

A:1034.7 V:1034.7 A-V:  0.008 ct:  0.105  241/241  35% 52%  8.0% 120 0 47%

After:
A:1034.6 V:1034.5 A-V:  0.061 ct:  0.123  234/234  36% 51%  9.0% 120 0 42%
A:1034.5 V:1034.5 A-V:  0.009 ct:  0.119  236/236  34% 53%  7.7% 121 0 44%
