subtitles alwais come _after_ eachother.
logically, subtitle disappears and a new one appears when the next person 
starts to speak.
Subtitles may (for example) start at timstamp 01:00:00 and going on till 
01:00:05. The next subtitle would start at 01:00:05 or later.
In "bad" cases the next subtitle would be specified as starting at 01:00:04.
Now it's unclear which subtitle to display during that overlapping second.
