[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] G400 + DGA marginally works

Remembering al3x's latest DGA fixes, I gave it a try.
It worked in the following cases:

  Desktop: 1024x768	Movie: 640x360	Options: none		=> NO
  Desktop: 1024x768	Movie: 640x360	Options: -x 1024	=> YES
  Desktop: 800x600	Movie: 640x360	Options: none		=> NO
  Desktop: 800x600	Movie: 640x360	Options: -x 800		=> YES

With any movie.
"NO" means: DGA changed videomode (maybe that is bad?), then there was a
completely messed up picture, consisting about 4 instances of the movie.

I've attached two -v -v outputs, one is "doesn't work" (NO.bz2), the other
does. (YES.bz2)
