[MPlayer-dev-eng] qtx support libraries problem

Hi,

i'm trying to build with qtaudio support - got qtnlclient.dll from qt5 sdk,
got COMCTL32.DLL from win2k/system32, and defined USE_QTX_CODECS, but that's
what i get

i have the latest wine source built in /usr/local
is there any other lib i should put there, or something else that i missed?
