There is alredy tv://channel and only the subopt on has to be forbiden in config files.
So we don't really need to change the -tv option (but it may be good idea imho ;).

BTW could any doc master tell me if there is an easy way to convert the man
page into something easy to parse that only contain the option descriptions.
I could then use this in the option list or to have -help vop print a description
of vop, etc.
