[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dxr2 crop settings

I was getting tired of the top portion of movies and videos i watched using 
the overlay being cropped off. So i decided to do what Alban Bedel did with 
the colorkey settings and setup two command line options under -dxr2 i also 
set the defaults in case nobody else wants to fiddle with those options.

-dxr2 cr-top=25::cr-bot=330

so far those have been working for me
