[MPlayer-dev-eng] bug repport with surround

from pre8 to pre9 and cvc ( 20021101 ), use of surround plugin cause a 
slowdown of playing ( ~ 100% playback, sound+vid still sync but no cpu 
over use ). pl_surround.c is same from pre8 to pre9, may something with 
new audio layer. happend with every movies so no need of record.

while checking whether bug happened with evey movie, found a clip that 
crach mplayer, uploaded as "crash_with_surround.avi" to 
ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/

every info ( comp+system+log+commandline ) in attached file.
