[MPlayer-dev-eng] man page

Hi

Sorry, I tried to work on the man page again but got no time 
left. If it helps someone (Diego?), here's what I got so far
(not much) with included todo and some unfinished changes (see 
todo). I have no time :(((

(MAN)	general check if things changed
	see -vop end!
	postproc (pp,npp,vop pp,etc)
	-really-quiet
	channels/af/aop/many audio options/etc changed
	  (e.g. mplayer -> common)!
	dfbmga subopts/etc ?
	dxr3 changes?
	surely more....

TODO:	vop/aop -> common vf/af
	af-adv just looks a bit strange for me but I like the idea of the
	  possibility to specify more advanced options over it...
	-> maybe for vf too
	html man page, see below
