[MPlayer-dev-eng] Vobsub troubles and ripping

Hello,

I was working on ripping vobsub subtitles and I had some trouble with
playing vobsubs without IDX file.  I am not sure if its due to my
ripping routine or if it also occur with original vobsubs too.  The
problems are 1) completly wrong timings and 2) palette colors is not
read from the IFO file.

Anyway, before I apply unsuitable patches, people please test this and
say if it breaks anything...  After that I will try to cleanup the
vobsub ripping part.
