Yes. (Well, the xanim ones can be used instead if preferred.) There
are various other obscure codecs too, check codecs.conf and see which
ones don't have native or lavc replacements. The only important one
that comes to mind is "divx audio" (same as wma/asf audio) used in
some old poor quality divx3 encodings. (Anyone have any ideas where to
start looking for info needed to make a native replacement for this?)
