Hi,

i've made a patch to get better speed and quality with spu/vob subs, here 
is a short description.

the patch made two changes, first it cut the whole sub to the visible part, 
and i've write a new scale code similar to vobsub's bilinear one, so now if 
i set ANTIALIASING_ALGORITHM = -1, the speed is faster than ANTIALIASING 1, 
and quality is similar to ANTIALIASING 2.

if you set SUBPOS 1 the patch will move the sub to the bottom of the 
picture, if you don't like this one, then set SUBPOS 0.

ps, i send a patch called "patch for sub/vob subs", it's out of date now, 
so don't use that one, thx
