I did a 'grep -i -r faq *' and only found references in documentation.html.

IMHO it makes more sense from a document structure point of view to have
the CD-DVD FAQs before feature requests and encoding, but if you prefer I
can modify the patch so that the new FAQs are just added to the bottom of
faq.html.
