[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] reworked skin-en.html

Hi!

I recently started converting the XMMS Ultrafina skin to MPlayer (I
will post an URL to -users when I'm finished) and while doing that I
of course read skin-en.html and you all know what happens when I read
another part of the documentation ...

So here is a patch that updates skin-en.html.  I hope it is easier to
understand now and has less errors (there were few).  skin-en.html now
also uses arial fonts.

I did not notice any errors while creating the skin, but I guess the
disclaimer from the beginning of the document still applies.  Maybe
some GUI guy should review this for correctness.

BTW, why is the equalizer event named "evEqualeaser" and not
"evEqualizer"?  Just wondering...
