Patch must be done against CVS, this can't be applied anymore
too much changes where done since pre4.
Also i saw you moved libao2 control from (int,int) to (int,long) imho
it would make more sense to move it to (int,void*) or (int,void*,...)
like in libvo/mpcodec.
