[MPlayer-dev-eng] PO files for i18n

Hi,
I have created small program in c which creates .po files
from help_mp-xx.h files. Maybe this could be temporal 
solution for i18n/getext problem.
Archive contains trans.c (main prog) and script called generate,
which calls trans with appropriate parameters for each language.
Script should be checked for correct language codes and encodings.

For correct run trans must be placed in any subdirectory of main
With already passed ./configure (version.h and config.h required).

Generated .po file are build specific (banner and help text
are build specific).
