Well, for the majority of files, win32 codecs aren't even useful IMO.
Distributers could just tell users to go get them from MPlayerHQ or M$
if they really need them. But such a script might still be nice.

BTW, please only reply to list, as the reply-to header says. It's
annoying getting duplicate emails.
