vf_fame does not work right for some reason, but vf_lavc works much
better as the card actually likes the bitstream it produces.
However fixed bitrate (which is preferable in this case to get maximum
quality) did not work for some reason... Still the achieved quality is
better than with libfame and the cpu usage is lower. :-)
