[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] mplayer/mp3 demuxer stops playing a file currently being downloaded

I started two mplayer threads parallel:
  - mplayer -playlist trance24k.pls -dumpstream (downloads streaming mp3)
  - mplayer -cache 128 stream.dump

After starting the second mplayer, it disregards data downloaded by the first
mplayer since then.
