[MPlayer-dev-eng] PATCHes

Hi,

I've commited most of patches sent to -dev-eng with PATCH in the subject
line. only exceptions are the cach2.c signal patch (i'm thinking about
better solution now) and the spudec related patches (waiting for atmos, i
cannot really test them)

if you sent patch here not commited yet, please tell me.
don't need to resend (unless it needs updating to apply to cvs), enough to
tell the subject and date.
