[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] correct links in faq.html

Hi!

As promised here comes a patch for faq.html that changes all links to
gcc-2.96-3.0.html to point to users_against_developers.html#gcc.  I
found no other links to gcc-2.96-3.0.html grepping through the rest of
the docs.

gcc-2.96-3.0.html is obsolete as of this patch, I guess it can be
safely removed.
