Hi!

In this thread we talked about -fsmode and how it is supposed to be
deprecated, so I guess that it should be eliminated from faq.html:

Here comes a patch (and yes, it really is attached this time around)
that changes the following

Q: I have problems with [your window manager] and fullscreen
   xv/xmga/sdl/x11 modes ...
A: Use the -fsmode switch. See example.conf or the man page.

into this

Q: I have problems with [your window manager] and fullscreen
   xv/xmga/sdl/x11 modes ...
A: Read the bug reporting guidelines and send us a proper bug report.

As usual I also could not help correcting small HTML errors :-)
