Hi,

I'm trying to run mplayer on SunOS 5.8 using xvidix, but I get the following
error:
# ./mplayer /cdrom/theothers/theothers.ogg -vo xvidix -v

The card must have 8MB or 16MB SDRAM, so I don't think it can be out off
memory, so the error looks strange to me.

Here's the system info:
Celeron Mendocino 533MHz, 64MB SD-RAM at 66MHz, ATI RAGE 128 AGP (apperture size
in BIOS set to 4MB and 2X mode enabled).
Running Solaris 8 Workstation (SunOS Release 5.8 Generic), with latest
security and video update patch installed (for R128 support).
X11 v6.4.1 w/CDE 1.4.2 running at 1280x1024x24bpp at 80Hz.

Btw. if I try to start mplayer with -v -v (double verbosity) it segfaults, no
backtrace here yet because I have no gdb installed up to now.

Best Regards,
        Atmos
