[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Subviewer 2.0 subtitles support

Here is a patch which provides subviewer 2.0 support. 
It adds a new #define in subreader.h to declare the new subtitles file
format, and add a new function in the subreader.c file to manage it.
