[MPlayer-dev-eng] New codec

In the incoming/btvc there is another VFW codec working with mplayer 
(from PixelView PlayTV software).


And here is another codecs.conf entry for raw avis:
videocodec rawbgr32
   info "RAW BGR32"
   status working
   driver raw
   format 0x0
   format 0x42475220
   out BGR32 flip
