This is the neverending fullscreen story, right?

Maybe we should make a poll on -users and ask what windowmanager - fsmode
combination works, then we could put a table with the results in the docs,
so that people need to experiment less with the -fsmode switch.
I use sawfish + GNOME with -fsmode 8.
