[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PROPOSAL] mplayer.1 update (2)

Hi

There are two version: The second one includes a structure change, 
the first one just option changes.

Changes (1/2):
    - added/changed aop, vop, ssf (?), sstep and jpeg description
    - update/changed some descriptions
    - fixed some typos
    - some cosmetic changes (sorry)

Changes (2):
    - reduced to one section (options)
    - sorted _all_ options alphabetically
    - commented some options (BETA CODE or OBSOLETE)
    
Comments/Reason for 2. patch (my opinion):
    - old structure was rather burdensome than helpfull
    - It's easier to add new options that way
      (or I was to lazy to integrate Arpi's idea ;)
    - The manpage should better be used as a "reference book"
    -> It should therefore contain _all_ options and sub-options
    -> There is already a good documentation which is 
       structured, explains certain problems etc...
    
Future ideas:
    - more/better examples
    - better description of new options by their authors?
    - mencoder update (already started: new structure, new 
      options/sub-options, typos, more). Problems/TODO:
        - skiplimit, ac3file, mp3file (last ones: are they for 
          separate sound input?)
        - aq, divx5 subopts, vb_qfactor
    - translations? (german, hungarian, polish) :(

As always:
    - It's just a proposal (you may just pick good ideas...)
    - _Please check_ before commiting!
    - comments/ideas are welcome
    
Maybe I forgot something as I'm really occupied with all the 
remaining german translations which just seem to be _a lot_ of 
work ;)
