[MPlayer-dev-eng] Removing Files

Hi team,
	I just committed a bunch of rework to the ADPCM subsystem. I've
dissolved the files adpcm.c, adpcm.h, and libmpcodecs/ad_dk4adpcm.c into
other files. Request permission to remove those 3 files.
