[MPlayer-dev-eng] WTF?! mga_vid

I have the same problem with up to date mplayer and mga_vid.  The
video plays but is incredibly slow. -vo xv or -vo x11 work fine.  Here
is part of the output, I will gladly provide a full bugreport if
necessary.
