[MPlayer-dev-eng] latest mencoder does not compile

hi arpi

cvs update in libavcodec does not help (and it was also updated while i
mad cvs update in the mplayer-dir.)

but i don't think this a problem only of my machine.
could you (or anyone else) please test it, if it compiles, if yes i'll
write a full bugreport, ok?
