[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] vo_directfb

Hi,
here is a patch for vo_directfb
-adds native support fo YV12and I420 formats (with dfb 0.9.9)
-some kind of direct rendering (can be disabled by #define)
-support for color adjustment (video equalizer)
and some internal changes
