[MPlayer-dev-eng] DECODING AHEAD - final (with -vo xv support)

Hello!

As I promised - I've finished decoding ahead.
It works just fine FOR ME. It solves all MY NEEDS.
Now my patch has support for -vo xv driver
so everyone can test that. Currently, I use 10 buffers in vo_xv
but this number can be grow upto infinity.

Arpi, should I commit this #ifdef'ed stuff into CVS or not?
