[MPlayer-dev-eng] input key events not taken properly

The 'f' key works for all the 3 drivers currently, not only for sdl.
U can easily confirm it (compile it with --enable-gui).
Anyway, is the "f" supposed to work for xv and x11 drivers ?

If I am not mistaken the "f" key for fullscreen mode is only implemented
for vo sdl.
