[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch for hiding subtitles

Hello,
I am sending a patch to show/hide subtitles during
movie playback. I do this using the new configurable
key bindings and didn't add a default binding, so if
anyone doesn't want to use it, it does no harm to him.
