Tobias Diedrich didn't RTFM :

[these messages repeat endlessly...]

Now that I re-readed this I remember how I hate this behaviour!
When <td> resets font settings! Just why on earth can't it eat the default
setting? It's VERY tiring to paste <FONT...> all the time! So if it
whines for even closing these repeatedly pasted tags, I'm gonna rotfl and
kick it off the planet.

And the same applies for <p>, it (the standard) requires to explicitly
always define the font again! However, browsers do use previous <FONT>'s
on <p>, but they don't on <td> .

Just run tidyhtml on the DOCS, and grep -v these FONT issues! You'll get
only 0-10 warnings (and those are Egger's missing <tr>'s:) ! So leave me
alone !

It should assume default. And if someone argues with me about
standards, I say it's only natural for a browser for using default FONT
for <p>, because the standard is broken. Pity it doesn't use it for <td> .
