Make sure of all of the following:
1) You have installed the -devel packages.
2) That those headers exist on your box.  If they don't,
   then /you messed up,/ because they do not belong to
   mplayer's source at all.  Go back to step 1.
3) If they are installed, possibly in a non-standard
   place, try using the --with-extraincdir= option to
   configure.  The RedHat packages I use, for example,
   installed these headers in /usr/include/cdda.
4) Don't complain again unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE
   you have done these things.
