[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] configure v4l

Hi,

	I have a bt878 card and a logitech quickcam. The latest is assigned
/dev/video1 (video_nr=1). When I did a configure, it didn't detect
tv-v4l support because it only checks /dev/video0. With this patch it
does. And yes, I know it's a trivial one :)
