[MPlayer-dev-eng] DVD subtitle ripping to vobsub, first shot

OK, here is a first implementation of DVD subtitles ripping.  It adds
'-vobsubout' option to mencoder to specify the basename of the
subtitle (without the .sub).

You have to copy the .IFO by hand from the DVD (mount it then cp it).
You can only put one subtitle per file and it always has vibsubid 0.

I'd rather wait for 0.90 to be out before comitting, unless people say
there is no problem with this code.
