[MPlayer-dev-eng] another -wid patches

patch1.diff fixes:
vo_x11.c
XMapWindow (vo_x11.c didn't map the Window after using -wid 0x....)
bugs/todo:
movies/clips don't fit into the target window

patch2.diff fixes:
vo_xv.c
1.) get size of target window (XGetGeometry)
2.) set output size to XGetGeometry's resolved values
