[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Darwin dvdkit fixes

I am working on this ATM.  If anyone wants to help, I'm using the code
from vlc, as OS X, doesn't have /dev/dvd or /dev/cdrom, I'm at the point
where I can play dvds, no sound yet, and vcds are almost there as well.
