unfortunatelly they don't want to help in the legal way
i don't habve the link by hand, but i read a discussion, inclouding
forwarded mails from sorenson contacts about linux port/support of sorenson
codecs. they are limited by law, they have exclusive contract with apple,
sorenson codec can't be distributed separated from apple quicktime.
they said, that as soon as apple port quicktime to linux, they will
immediatelly release the codec too.
so, only the illegal or rev.eng. method left... :(
an i doubt they will help in that...
anyway, there is an attemp to re-implement sorenson codecs, some guy already
get svq1 keyframes decoding working.
