There's no such thing. If they allow it to be used inside MPlayer
under GPL, then it can be used in any program under GPL. Otherwise
MPlayer isn't really GPL. Make sense?

Of course if their developers don't realize this, maybe it's a good
way to get Unrarlib under GPL... :)
