Is there some way to do this without having them in the same CVS,
perhaps by just getting the checkout from mplayer create the
appropriate files in main/libavcodec/CVS? Sorry I'm not too familiar
with the internal worksings of CVS. Or...perhaps just including a
script to do this for the user would be nice.
