[MPlayer-dev-eng] Strange libdvdread behavior

Hi,

I recently have tried to get mplayer-0.9pre4 working with the new
libdvdread 0.9.3.
This has become a catastrophe on my box, I got thousands of error
messages like these:

a52: error at resampling
a52: error at resampling
a52: error at resampling
a52: error at resampling
a52: error at resampling

DEMUXER: Too many (4096 in 8277014 bytes) video packets in the buffer!
(maybe you play a non-interleaved stream/file or the codec failed)
a52: CRC check failed! =20
a52: error at resampling

and so on.
The output looks like a puzzle, it is impossible to watch a movie.

While using libdvdread 0.9.2 with mplayer-0.9pre4, the only problems I
have seen were some framedroppings and audio hangs while playing some
critical DVDs like "Matrix".

This is a problem which obviously only a few users have.
But nevertheless, I think it's worth fixing.
So my question: Has anybody else here seen similar problems and perhaps
an idea which reason there is?

I am using FreeBSD-4.6-RC at the moment and of course I will provide
any information about my box you'll need.

Regards
Riggs

P.S. mplayer has become a *really* fine piece of software within the
last months.
