i have finished writing xvid encdore and decoder file, it work only in one 
pass mode.
wait some days and i hope 2 pass mode will be done

in these 23 files you have to change the info structure.
and then write all the necessary stuff ofr mplayer &  mencoder

if possibile can you add in mencoder  the -ovc xvid

and for xvid options
-xvid_ops 

told me where to send the 2 files=)
