I had a quick look and it didn't pop-up to me, since your fix it's what
I would have done. So I will have to setup a windows box to reproduce it.
Before I do that, can you send me a output log of what you get? 
(In private if necessary)

BTW, I have seen that you are using the bandwidth option in your
command line. Note that the option is mostly used for people with
dial-up like 28.8 & 56k modems. Broadband people usually don't
need to set the option, the max rate will be chosen by default.
