This patch is already in CVS, I will remove the duplicated functions in my
next update.

I meant jpeg_fdct_ifast from libavcodec, the functions have the same name
but are not compatible. (that was why -Djpeg_fdct_ifast=jpeg_fdct_ifast2
was needed in $OPTIONS)
